Due to popular demand this comp will now be another 10species drawn out of the hat comp. If tope etc are drawn out then you will need to take a photo and you will be given a 5lb allowence for each of these fish,all other fish are to be wieghed in .

With it being a 7 hour comp, should we draw more than 10? 12 maybe? What do you think?

Lets see what the 10 are 1st

drawing 10 with the extra hour gives you more chance to enjoy the fishing, otherwise why change it at all, the 10 species format was good and the extra hour could be good if you are stuggling for a species. there are still 2 "most species mad dashes left".
Weather at the moment is showing stiff sw winds, I know its early and will probably change but will species choice consider where all boats can get to? i still go white thinking about going round lang ness in the last comp

sunday comp is on and will be a 10species only comp , i will also have a single fish pool aswell .

I am of the opinion that if the weather dictates that some of the smaller boats may wish to launch from PSM , no problem with this but YOU ARE NOT able to START fishing until 10am . One member of those crews must be at the booking in in douglas to 1) pay their entry fee and 2) get their catch cards , no exceptions to this as i need 1 crew member from each boat to draw fish from the hat.Booking in will take place at 9am sharp .

If the weather also dictates then we will draw fish that we all feel can be caught inshore so that the playing fields stay equal for all .



I am trying to apease all ,i know i cant do it all the time but i am only trying to get this comp on for all to enjoy OK
