Right with Mannin week out of the way lets get back to FUN fishing .



This comp is 10 species drawn out of the hat on the day .

Photos of the normal big fish if drawn will be required.

5lb wieght given for all all big fish (tope,huss,spurdog ,smoothhound etc etc ).

All other fish fish must be sizeable and brought back for the wiegh in .

£10 per head entry

4 rods max per boat

12 hooks maximum in total over the side at any one time .

Fish such as sole ,brill etc etc will not be in the draw OK

The format for this comp is designed for us all to have a bit of fun and should be competed for in the spirit it is intended .

In fact the last comp on our boat was last Sunday when we had the "2011 Wicked Hen Plaice Throwing Competition".
I went first and won due to the fact there were no plaice left for anyone else to have a go
I must say Butters took it very well the fact that I had just thrown away his first ever plaice which was also well over a pound . I don't think I'd have taken it so well....and as for my Dad.....it doesn't bare thinking about!

Comp is on this sunday ,no reason for it not to be ,see any one who wants to FISH IT there
