In 2012 i would like you all to put on this forum any Gaffs, Blommers,bollock drops that happen during the forthcoming year. Then at the end of it M B F will organise a special booby prize for the "LUCKY" sod that wins the Poll vote at the end of 2012.

All incidents must be of a fishing related nature such as Merit 1's anchor throw away day or bag fishing in cork ,you get the picture i hope, so lets all be on our guard and start telling tales .

For each new tale please put it under a seperate heading so that it will be easier to place at the end of the year, thanks

YES YES , i did make a terriffic howler on saturday 28th january by trying to take photos of porporses my rod started to knock and in the melay i did a juggleing act lke no other and the concequences of my actions were that my xmas pressie off the missus now lies at the bottom of Castletown bay much to the ammusment of all on board. A new one has been ordered whilst still out at see and should be here by tuesday .

Needless to say the news did not go down too well at home and at least i had the knowledge that she heard it from me 1st and not off some one else (as If).

It just goes to show that these things can happen to any one and probably will ,keep your eyes peeled boys

Got to admit to another Jack Douglas moment yesterday as i de hooked a fish i went to flick the hook to one sdide and in doing so flicked a new pair of plyers straight over the side of the boat
