Went out last night with micheal on Kirsty 111 to catch a few mackie for freezing down for the winter ,hard slog it was too but that is not the point of this thread .Once more we were the only boat out fishing apart from a rubber dingy messing about at the back of the stabets . Whilst we were hard at it catching Mackie Micheals phone rang and it was douglas harbour control .

Apparently a concerned lady up at onchan head end of the bay had phoned up to report the fact that a "JET SKI" was in trouble and was only stop starting having gone no more than 2-3hundred yards at any one time,and they wondered if we could tell them if we could see it where we were . Well all i can tell you is that the language on board turned pretty blue after that as the horror sunk in on Micheals' face that his beloved K3 had been mistakenly identified as a JET SKI .

I now have a new idea for next season ;yes you guessed it we are going to go JET SKI fishing,all we need now is for the same lady to go to laxey and and spot the Laxey JET SKI (M1) and then any other JET SKIs' she spot in the douglas area and away we go .

If any body DID see a jet ski last night out of douglas would you please inform Micheal so he can tell you himself to go

Someone has been mooring their JET SKI on our mooring ropes for the last couple of days! Just a coincidence?
The Hen's back in the water tomorrow, (will she sink or swim?), so I hope the rubber wearing poser gets it shifted or I'll get my dad on them!
