With the weather keeping fair I ventured out again today with quite a varied days fishing for the time of year here on the Isle of Man. Plenty of Whiting at the back of Douglas Head with probably 1 out of 3 a keeper. Mackie were also present today but although a few were kept plenty were unhandled and returned to live for another day.
Callig on the other had were very plenty full and great fun on the light spinning rod and reel. Savage Gear Lures were the order of today with the pink body doing all the damage, next weekend not looking too bad so fingers crossed for some more fishing adventures.
