| well had my 2nd tt week in cork staying at the Bella vista hotel ,with the use of two 175 warrior boats fitted with HP outboards . day one was windy blowing a gale so we stayed in the harbor fishing for bass it was slow and hard work caught six between four of us not big fish! next day we had a go for the blonds well you need fresh mackie and that was hard we got six! so we went to fish we fished one rod for rays and one rod for bits my mate Phil Simpson had a nice plaice a PB of 3lb Oz the two lads on the other boat also had two plaice biggest 2lb 6oz . in the last hr i caught a good blond just on 12lb Russ on the other boat had two small rays and Steve had one . day three we pushed of out to the lings a rough mark about 15 miles from cork well what can i say Phil caught what i thought was a calig but was in fact a whiting of 3lb 3 oz another PB for Phil the whiting cam thick and fast phils was the best 58cm long! then the cod cam lots of cod three at a time only thing was we! ! ! wher fishing in 180f of water so nothing went back no problem cos the hotel has a Chinese in it so we swopped the fish for tea was day 4 was a bit of a let down we had another go for the rays i got one first drop only a small one Steve had one on boat 2 he also had a dab of 1 lb 12oz all in all a good trip hopefully when we go in sept we will have a go for the blue shark and there will be lots of bait will try and get some other photos of phil Admin316 |

| Fish went back fine in 80 meters of water fine, which is about 262ft I think, In Norway. I think if we had to keep our catch, the boat would of sunk!! Not knocking the fishing though |

| could you take them and exchange them for tea ? did they go back? as you can see the ones we had would,nt ! |

| Went down like a shot! We had a few floaters, a few of the smaller fish, which we kept for tea. Suppose the fish where that big, we had plenty of time to bring them up through the depths Think if we offered cod to the local cafe, they would of told us to f.off ! |
