| Being a newby to inshore boat fishing, is it nesersery to flush the sea water from an outboard every time you use it? I only ask because the water pick up is under the cavertation plate on my engines and I am not sure how to connect a fresh water supply to the engine. Cheers |

| Do you keep your boat on a trailer ? , if you do i would flush her out every time. There are taps at most slip ways you just have to take a quick look around to find them . Get a set of "head phones from Manx marine and they will instruct you on how to use them it is quite simple , place them over the water intakes and switch water on ,start enghine and just tick over for 1 minute and thats it. If you do not trailer your boat then it might be a little more tricky to flush out every time. I would take care and always have some one with you for safety. Admin316 |
