It has come to my attention that wilst out on a recent fishing trip a boat that shall remain nameless has started giving filleting lessons on how to clean and prepare flat fish for eating .



Firstly let some one catch it ask them if they want you to prepare it for them ,ie,take all the guts out of it etc,the keep hold of the guts and throw the fish over board for another fish to have fresh sushi ,its simple .



Moral of story is ,ALWAYS GET SOMEONE RELIABLE TO PREP YOUR FISH .
