Right folks there is a comp this weekend, booking in from 9 am at the Battery Pier, fishing from 10 am til 6pm with the weigh-in at 18:30. H/W is at 05:03 and L/W is at 12:06.

It has been decided that this comp is 10 species drawn out of the hat and that draw was made today 08/06/2016 by John Maddrell, Gary Bridson,Lee graham and My good self.

This allows you all to aquire the correct baits that will be needed for this comp, the species are:
BALLAN WRASSE,
CUCKOO WRASSE,
GREY GURNARD,
HADDOCK,
DOG FISH,
MACKEREL,
PLAICE,
POUTING,
SPUR DOG,
WHITING .

There are also two pool fish which are COD & HADDOCK both must be of the legal catch size to count. In the event of a draw in the number of species it will be the combined weight of the TWO POOL FISH that will determine the winner.

Boats may leave from any port but as always a representative from each boat must be at the booking in.
