| Subject: A CHOPPY DAY OUT Tue May 06, 2014 5:57 am | |
| Not the most comfortable of days to be afloat here on the Isle of Man but we did manage a couple of hours out on Kirsty 111 today, 8 species were caught and returned today which were; Coalfish, Mackerel, Whiting,Dogfish,Codling, Grey Gurnard, Dab and launce. Douglas Bay was full of Whiting, but most were on the small side. Michael took the honours today winning the £1 pool that we always play for. No big fish, but Michael did get this nice Dab which was a 1st at this Mark. Although the fish were not giants the fishing was fast and furious with each drop producing fish as can be seen with one of the trebles i took. All in all a good day out with a good mate, thanks very much Michael. Admin316 |
